would an upgrade benefit? there are many(ESPECIALLY here at si) who would theorize that the ANALysts are so far behind on the learning curve that a atrong buy rating may in fact signal the top-ie. disk drive sector, asnd, orcl.

Dan - So you are saying that recent decline in MRVC is due to short selling by well capitalized hedge funds. Do you know whether the short interests have increased? Are you certain that MRVC's
fundamentals have not changed? What about their exposures to Asia (i.e South Korea, Japan, etc...)? Is the market discounted this currently?
