Tell me please (voce que e do ramo) the man has had a stroke, is said to suffer from dementia and Alzheimer disease.

What the doctor in the entourage would look for to evaluate to which degree his mental faculties are impacted?

Would someone, from faraway as you are, in that condition, above, be able to be making decisions?

I mean he looked to the face don't recognize but know from the sound of a voice who the interlocutor is, that kind of thing...
