I think it is the Wolanchuck following.

I believe you are right - they can claim nonrecurring earnings which result from an insurance settlement. If they recover all, it could be $ .15+ per share as extraordinary.

I hear that their core businesses have stabilized and should show consistent profits.

Nasdaq Small Cap list then. Still odd for an Oppy to push.

I don't know about a Wolanchuk reaction. Usually stocks that are mentioned over the weekend (Barron's, WSW, NBR, etc.) come out of the chute strong Monday AM.

This was flat AM Monday if I recall, then steady strength before exploding this afternoon.

And Wolanchuk has been pushing PESI for months.

Wonder if it could be something else?
