<So who will be able to move more rapidly on it? LU, MOT, NT, QCOM!!!>

Qdog- As you suggested I think Ericy really doesn't want anyone to move that quickly on it - they would rather just sell GSM. The fact that they can't deliver W-CDMA, especially if they can keep an alternative from being delivered - at least in Europe.

I would suggest this. I have been on both sides of the coin for a short while. I have only been on the Qcom side since the stock was at 37. Maurice can call it vaporware or what ever he want's but the ericy thing to me looks like IDC may be involved. The stock is currently priced as a life time option at 4 dollars. Siemens and Samsung are in the game so that speaks for itself. They have a patent suit that was to go to court on 12/15 but has been stayed till the 23rd. Should an agreement come about with only four business days left you are looking at a double . If not in my opinion you get out were you got in. We will see in 4 days ?
