Why is Dell.ca different than Dell.com. It may be the fact that you could end up with a bilingual keyboard, which suck big time. All because of Quebec. Canada does not have the same amount of products offered on sites like Amazon.com. Amazon.ca has considerably less products. Not sure why, but thats how it is.
