Hi s, Equipment manufacturing are taking place at Telrad Ltd., an Israeli large communication co.(20% owned by Nortel).Telrad is a subs. of KOR (kor @ NYSE) which lately bought part of ECILF which wanted to merge with PAIR.(complicated?). Anyhow, there are huge income tax incentives to produce in Israel and to export from here. Big news yesterday from the Israeli telecom Bezeq Ltd. After testing Orctf ADSL they decided to come in 1998 with a tender for 10,000 lines.I hope it is a captive market for ORCTF. Shlomi.
