[insider rules?]

bill c -

The way I remember the insider selling rules, they must file first that they intend to sell x # of shares during a specific time. They then need to file another form that reveals the dates that the stock was sold and at what price ranges. Can anybody confirm or correct?

Bill , Trey , Rich

I have researched AMTX , WSTL for tke past 20 months

I have spoken to westell pr and 2 firms that folllow wstl

we feel confident that that the stock price is more related to the

market than Gary's illness or insider selling. Trey I have always

enjoyed your posts, but feel that you should relax. I know it is tough

but look at PAIR or many of the other related stocks.

I don't think i've seen this type of comotion on the thread since the "wstl/amtx: the unbeatable combination" days-this stock is as volatile as it gets and everyone knew that in advance- from what i've heard about insider selling, there is only one or two windows a year for selling (due to a convoluted agreement between the majority trust)and I assume this must be one of them-I am disappointed that this stock has gone to shit for the last few months, but when i bought in, it was for at least a year or two-i believe 98 will be interesting-if you feel ADSL will be a viable technology, what other company has the connections and prospects of westell? earnings should be out soon and there is the possibility they missed expectations, which allows for MM fun in the short term, but doesn't affect the future one bit-i understand the frustration of 3 mystery contracts, a M.I.A CEO, and stock price below 13, but no one said this ride would be smooth-i'm in for a while and don't care much for the short term-FWIW jeremic
