"Why did blacks make up only 7% of Congressional reps in the 113th Congress when they make up 13% of the population? " because white liberals won't vote for the black man and dem blacks only win in black districts. Unlike black repubs who win in white districts. "if blacks are now legally in a much better position, why is the income disparity between whites and blacks in this country so large?" maybe blacks don't save as much, probably has to do with evolution, where one group lived in extreme areas where they better save up for the winter vs evolving in a place where you can pick fruit off a tree any day of the year

I've never been wealthy but I still hope my children will be. Because the black politicians who have been elected are people like Barack Obama, Sheliah Jackson Lee, Hank Johnson, and the entire Congressional Black Caucus, the average IQ of which has to be in the 70s. Only now are highly intelligent blacks like Mia Love and Ben Carson pursuing elected office. And you fools oppose them. >> Why is black unemployment always significantly higher than white unemployment? Maybe the minimum wage has kept blacks from being able to learn to solid business skills.
