None of it matters to you, Al. Because you are politically committed to the ACA. There are a few good things about it, many horrible things about it, but rather than extracting the good and leaving the bad behind, you prefer keeping it intact because you feel that it was political progress, even if it doesn't actually help people. If you can't give any account to the facts I'm not sure where we go from here.
