There are a few good things about it, many horrible things about it, but rather than extracting the good and leaving the bad behind, you prefer keeping it intact because you feel that it was political progress, even if it doesn't actually help people. I take issue with this...I have NEVER said it. I have always maintained that the law should be studied and improvements made. You are the one who has said that the law can't be fixed, should be scuttled, and the like. I have always been flexible....because lack of insurance means lack of care for many...and that is unacceptable in any country ...let alone the wealthiest of them....and that is purely social, not political.
