Yo, Fenton. How is the 18-hole? Wish we can all go play some golf together. That would be better than going to MGM Grand and seeing you and patroller getting down face to face.

For you link (10-K), can you just please use few minutes before your tee time to let us know what that was about. That thing is thicker than my glasses, bro. Just sum that up in a few sentence (your specialty), ok?

Thank god that you shorted again. I knew you would come back. Stick around, it will be fun.

Your love,
Ben

Fenton,

Insiders own enough of this stock. It's called portfolio diversification and not putting all your eggs in one basket. In my opinion, the insiders deserve to sell even more of their shares if they want to. I have no problem with it as long it is small and over a long period. They deserve to share in the profits and by themselves or their families something nice with it.

Fenton I think you will lose on your short at 44. Nice to hear you say you shorted afte the fact. next time you want to make yourself look smart, put your short price in before the market gets their. It's like saying you bought at 29 3/4 when the market is already at 40. No one can verify this.

Thank you for the SEC link. Could you please narrow it down to a page number?

I skimmed your previous posts: are you referring to 3Com's revenue weight?

Sansone specifically said that 3Com's pre-announcement involved modem pieces that Jabil does not manufacture. In fact, Quantum's pre-announcement involved disk parts, and Jabil only does tape drive components. He said, in other words, "the pre-announcements by these companies have no effect on us."

He also said that the only effect of Asian financial difficulties on Jabil is a possible, very small increase in income from Maylasian currency conversion.

The 10-K shows no scary legal proceedings, no ridiculous debt... in fact the only new item in the latest earnings that stood out to me was that it cost Jabil almost dollar-for-dollar in costs what it earned in new revenue.

So, the short question is, what's in the 10-K that bothers you?

Thanks,

Caroline

<<Insiders are still not buying; wonder why? >>

Cause he already owns half the outstanding shares. His net worth has risen faster than Bill Gates in the last 2 years.
