Mark, I hope you're right but until Ledoux certifies, the results remain as uncertain as the reasons for Ledoux's failure to immediately certify.

To ALL: Stock has been weak because of another private placement. $6 a unit. One unit equals one share and one warrant
to buy syock at $6 5/8. Don"t know how much is being raised.
People selling stock to buy private placement.

Dear Mr. Silvers,

Please allow me to ask you a question. Maybe your answer will help my logic.

If you were the owner/operator of an assay lab, would you tell a customer "Here are the results, you may publish them in a press release, however, at this time we will not certify these numbers."?
