N. Howard,
Interesting. Actually not a bad price to do private placement. Do you know how many shares are placed for the private placement?

N. Howard, not a bad price for the PP (from an investor's standpoint). There certainly is no way we would have been seeing this kind of PP price over the last few years. Just a little retracement in our price short-term, IMO. After the recent PR, I wouldn't anticipate Naxos having too much trouble fully subscribing the PP.

Just curious what Allen & Co. is thinking these days. Get the feeling we've got some nice strength building here.

Best to all,
Lurker Jack

N. Howard, Thank you for that info. Do you know if it is the same firm/entity which made the PP @ 5 that is exercising its options @ 6 ?
Or a new firm?
Some thoughts from a loyal lurker. The share price at this point is of absolutely no concern; as a matter of fact, healthy for NAXOS at this point. Backing and filling. The enthusiasm of some of you as to share price is fun to listen to, but I have stated in a post before that my next investment will be at that point when NAXOS can reasonable assess profitable recovery. And I for one am very glad and excited that that day is closer, much closer than it was yesterday. And the a PP is being made......still should be seen as a positive. I am also very pleased with the direction management is moving in.
N. Howard a response would be greatly appreciated.
