FARMERS EYE DRONES FOR THE FUTURE
DRONE, DRONE ON THE RANGE

I think farmers would pay for these services that could be operated by service company and/or part of services offered by the farm equipment manufactures (ie DE, AGCO) and/or in conjunction w/ the local fertilizer companies (YARIY provided equipment inside tractors for applying optimal fertilizer amounts).

This is really the first high-tech use of drones for the farmer. With the Agjunction software suite, farmers can operate everything onsite at a low cost. Agjunction's 'cloud' software suite is available now.

If their services get traction using drones, it's a great revenue growth model as you buy their 'cloud' services on a subscription basis. If they partner w/ a fertilizer distributor and/or farm equipment supplier, their subscription services could be bundled into the vendor's product price. I know YARIY does this in Europe (using GPS equipment) but have not seen anything in North America.

I think it will take 12-18 months to play out. I was told that the insiders have no interest in selling their shares (or the company) but would like to see some JV and/or partner to help market their services.
