O'reilly is what a person has to be to get where he is. An asshole. But nothing in that article suggests he did anything on the scale of Brian Williams transgressions. A lie is a lie but Reilly is probably guilty of being a little over-proud. Perhaps he always wanted to be a newsman and he felt this was his qualification. But it is more of an exaggeration and less of a lie than Williams told. For whatever it matters. It is interesting to me that liberal newscasters are trying to justify Williams' actions by criticizing a fox commentator. It is pretty pathetic.
