Bill, so have you developed any method of taking a deep breath to slow yourself down. Just curious. Took a time management class once upon a time. The instructor asked each of us what was our definition of time. I responded by saying a finite commodity upon which infinite demands are made. He asked why I was in the class. I noted that I had defined the problem but now was tring to learn to manage it. He said you cannot manage time. It did not seem worthwhile to attend any more classes. Berney
