In reference to Kugler, in the very least 15USC Chapter 2A sub.i.,77q would suggest that slamming a stock on the internet is UNETHICAL and possibly ILLEGAL, since he is a BROKER.
Your argument is dependent on RMIL's lack of fundamentals, I suggest you wake-up and look what RMIL has brought to the table(listed above)
, beyond that, having just over 2MM certified shares of a co. verified float of 2.17 shares, having a position (en masse ) of substantially more than the float, and a huge short interest on this stock, makes RMIL a very attractive investment.
Now it may not be as strong as 2 of your investments, GRNO & GIFS, both had trading halted by the SEC, didn't they? What was your take on GIFS fundamentals?
The reason it's a "war" is because we (RMIL SHAREHOLDERS) took out an insurance policy, we DEMANDED OUR CERTIFICATES!!!, the ONLY WAY to fight ILLEGAL NAKED SHORTING is to demand your CERTIFICATES!! AS we wait for the remainder of the float to be certified, MM's need for 'paper' increases, RMIL longs will be personally attacked, I was the 'target' last night!! These attacks will increase as the need for 'paper', 'inventory' increases. The hate E-mail I get has also increased, meaning we're closer & closer.
Ron, it appears to me, that you're in denial!
