Pugs, There are enough personal attacks flying around from both sides. As for demanding your certificates, it is understandable that questions should arise if you are unable to obtain them in a timely manner. As for my take on GIFS fundamentals, you bring up an excellent point. They were claiming that they were bringing all kinds of good things "to the table" as well. Gold Mines, $100 million in Mexican CD's at their disposal, MotorSports... but most importantly, the long awaited and constantly delayed, Big Six Audit of assets. As far as potential GIFS had far more to offer shareholders than most other BB stocks, including RMIL. Too bad they were an outright scam. I know a little about GIFS since I got suckered like many others out of a "small" speculative investment. However, you continue to bring up both GIFS and GRNO as examples saying that they were scams while RMIL is an excellently managed company with all of this potential. However, you continue to ignore the Red Flags that have been apparent for over a year. You are placing all of your faith in this almighty short squeeze, but seem to forget that the stock continues to decline EVEN,,/b> after certificates began being delivered. In fact, it has done nothing but decline in price since the majority of the company's float made its hands into paper format. So myself and others are asking "Where is the squeeze"?? Myself and many others are also asking the following questions: Where is the money? What are the assets that will be transferred?? Why has it taken so long to consumate this private financing when the deposit/transfer date was previously annouced as November(no later than December 1st)?? Why was management willing to announce this deal when they weren't sure of the actual consumation date?? (This is misleading information) What is the current status of all operations?? Why can't OVIS/RMIL get their financials out when a company that has been under the scrutiny of the SEC CAN??????!!!!!! (although GRNO was delayed) You longs in the Cartel have no one to blame but yourselves for the outpouring of Naysayers tearing this company's fundamentals apart. All of you have made extraordinary claims and found that, even though you hold most of the float in certificate form, that doesn't generate buying interest from the rest of the market. Sorry but I call them like I see them. I'm not yet stating that RMIL is a scam. I hope that they are not. But I can say that the Management is not fulfilling their fiduciary duties to shareholders. Regards, Ron
