That show hit a high rung on the 'disgusting' ladder last season. I suppose we'll check it out again.
Kinda like stopping to watch a car wreck...

'The Americans' best show on TV this year, in my humble opinion. Disgusting too but with more class :)

<gg> My M.O. would suggest such a plan. However, I watched it for 5 minutes and remembered that I got bored with it in Season 2. I might give it another try later in the weekend. Some of the critics reviews are very positive and a few or not. Here is one that jives with what I felt at the end of last year.
"Without Zoe Barnes, prostitutes, corrupt lobbyists and dissipated members of Congress to perk up the landscape as in seasons past, the show feels monotonous. It certainly looks it."

However, another critic said that he started to get bored after 20 minutes and then it really picked up and that Episode 2 was really great. So I'll get back to it.

I have watched the first six episodes of Season 3 of House of Cards. Nothing to write home about. Season 2 much better. This is no "The Wire" which got better each season. Undeveloped plot lines and undeveloped characters and ideas.
