I want what I pay for. My ISP has agreed to sell me a certain amount of bandwidth, they don't get to tell me how I can use it. If I choose to use it, they don't have the right to decide who gets to supply content and at what rate. That is interfering with trade.

With a 90% plus profit margin it isn't like they are strapped for cash. They are just abusing their monopoly position.
