I have all kinds of nuts and seeds... the fat contents in nuts is meaningless, fat doesn't make you fat, only carbs will make you fat... the fat in nuts fill you up, and they're a great source of natural fiber and various minerals and vitamins as well as a high antioxidant food...

Here are the best foods to include on one's daily menu...

The initials are GOMBS...

Greens, onions, mushrooms, beans, seeds and nuts... have all you want and don't pay attention to the caloric content, that's missing the point... 1000 calories of fruits and veggies are not the same as 1000 calories of pizza, so to concern yourself with calories or fat content in foods that are high in micro nutrients is truly irrelevant to a good and healthy diet...

OT *** I eat peanut butter sandwiches daily - because I like them. Bp and cholesterol have been in spec for several years now and meds for those conditions are no longer needed.

Wow! A large cohort study like that, especially on lower-income (and racially diverse) families, speaks volumes. Thanks for sharing.

I love Almonds; I stock up on organic almond butter from Costco. Spread it on toast for the kids with a tony smidgen of Nutella spread on top. Mmmm.
