There are no "medical experts" on human nutrition, none at all... it's all been a fad from the very beginning... there is no scientific evidence anywhere to support the notion that fat ever makes you fat... believe it or not, there has only been ONE study that was done, and that was back in 1952, and that study supposedly showed that eating fat makes people fat... that study was fraudulent and was completely financed by the Kellogg's corporation... no surprise, they wanted you to stop eating bacon and eggs for breakfast and buy their breakfast cereal instead... they're advertising campaign at the time was so successful that the idea that eating fat makes us fat has stayed with us all this time... and this is the kind of nonsensical crap nutrition "experts" continue to tell us...
