I wish I was better at thirty seconds. I was thinking 17/32 was 15/32.
Nice steady buying this morning, but INCA is still on the ask with some large blocks. I don't think we're going anywhere today, but one never can tell.

Any hypotheses regarding why Fiero is keeping FIBR down? They must figure that any sort of decision by NASA or BFPT will be months away. Wonder if long FIBR and short CIEN is a good strategy.
