A lot of ultra deepwater Rig companies and other oil extraction companies on that list.
So there no surprise that they are down big.
And they are probably not coming back unless oil goes higher than $65

Even though BBX has lost some value over the past year I would buy it before all of the stocks on the list.. Book value is .8 and P/E is 4.27. When SEC matters are resolved hopefully soon, unless a re trial , this should immediately jump to over $18.00.

BBX is more valuable everyday due to it's partnering in joint ventures with construction companies in housing and selling land outright to construction firms. They also have 45% of Bluegreen Vacation Timeshare which like DRII and VAC have had a monster quarter for earnings. My target on BBX is $50.00 in five years. This because it will take time to develop all of the land they own in Florida and elsewhere. Additionally they have hired an investment banker to look at other areas of business as they are a conglomerate. Looking for ways to spend the $40 to $60 million dollars that Bluegreen throws off every year. I will stick with low P/E and Book value as well as some other risk/reward markers.
