I don't think anything needs agreement of the senate anymore. I do believe the Supreme Leader is now in charge.

Comrade...."The agreement with Iran on nuclear technology does NOT require approval by the Senate.".... What " agreement " is that comrade? Do you mean " any " agreement? or the " proposed " agreement? or the agreement that iranian vallerie jarrette is cooking up with her home country? What agreement do you know about that the rest of the world does not know about....what agreement with iran comrade? are you really a lawyer, standards must be very lax where you are?
