Pugs you really didnt answer my question. How can you look at the fundamentals as a positive. Until the money is in the bank (which has now been announced to be imminemt at least three times). The company has no fundamental basis for any value (well maybe $.10-$.15/share). Sure if they come forward with $5 million in the bank and an order for water they have a shot otherwise its not worthwhile. Although this does not preclude the possibility of a short squeeze one positive element would likely spark the other. Joe
