If bankruptcy is declared, they are better off holding the preferred
as they are first in line for whatever proceeds are obtained from
sale of remaining assets.

Charles,
I need some advice. Last year my dog died. At the funeral, my brother got so drunk he fell in the grave and broke his neck. Social Security says in four more weeks he can start drawing disability checks. My sister ran off with a Costa Rican, got knocked up then left him to go to Las Vegas and get a job as a prostitute. She left the baby with me and now he's starting to look just like Elvis complete with sideburns. My mother-in-law insists that she was abducted and impregnated by aliens and wants me to support the child since I'm doing such a good job with Elvis. My father is on death row for killing the Pakistani neighbor for raping my other sister. I'm being audited by the IRS for the tax years 94-96. These problems, while difficult to deal with, are not the reason for my need of advice. I need to know what to do about my third sister. She's cuttently dating a corporate officer with CTYS and I just don't think I can cope.
