You did exactly what the central banks and gov't wanted you to do. You put your money at higher risk for higher return, because they are artificially keeping interest rates down. If you don't exit in a timely manner, some of your wealth will disappear in a severe downturn. The FRB will raise interest rates to have ammo to use for the next crisis, whatever it is. A bull market based on excess printed currency and a ZIRP is a House of Cards. Just a matter of time before the breeze from a gnat wing brings it down. jmho
