Any person who looks at the Civilian Labor Force Participation Rate and concludes the current unemployment rate is 37.2% is completely lacking common sense.
We agree!! But why state the obvious?

So Elroy, looking 10 or 20 years out, would you like to see a higher or lower participation rate among 18-55 year olds? Or doesn't it matter?
