Zeev,

I get the feeling this string won't last much longer and I wanted to take the time to thank you for your kind and patient responses. I know we will meet on other strings. May I suggest you check out PETD. It is a very oversold situation but the closer you look at the company, the better it looks. Unlike CTYS, if you want to speak to the CEO, pick up the phone and call him. May you live in interesting times.

Bruce

Zeev,

RE: The converts. Per the 9/17/97 8K filing on the securities purchase agreement it lists 10 seperate buyers of the convertibile B's.

My question is which one of the ten is going to step forward and convert first. Wouldn't he take a hit as big as the rest of us when the rest converted? Or would they meet and form a cartel? Does this shed any light on the conversion?

Merry Christmas,
Bruce
