Jack, Thanks for the feed back. I have a lot of work ahead of me on that. I have thought it was 1967 because that was when Israel took Jerusalem and the gentiles lost control for the final time of the Temple. Also a generation is usually 40 years so that would put the last year at 2007 or if you use 50 years 2017. That is not a prophesy! Don't sell your homes and meet me in the desert! <gg> The Word says no man knows the day or the hour, but is it possible to know the year? The signs of the times are that it is real soon and 2017 may be too far off. The crux of it to me is when will the world wide ID system be ready and we are all "invited" to "log on" to the new system. By watching the industry progress in that area we get a real good idea about when it has to take place. It's also possible that this system will be in place for a long time as voluntary like direct deposit but even now many companies as well as the gov. are making DD mandatory. The beast could come along a little later "if the Lord taries" and only then make the system mandatory. We just have to watch and when we see evil coming run and hide! Have a good one, Bob PS I saw a news breif on TV a few months back announcing that all ATM's in the country were scheduled to be replaced with a new system using hand print or retina scan recognition along with a facial temperature scan (to see if your really alive, I guess).

Hi Jack, It is hard to know when Gods stop watch started but I do know we can see the times and like with the clouds as the storms get closer we can see clearer how fast it is coming and what kind of storm it is, etc... I keep looking up every day and hope. An interesting fact from the Gulf War. The Rabbis told everyone to take the boards of the windows and go back to life as usual after 39 scud missles had been intercepted. They said in the scriptures God promises they will not be hit more than 39 times.I thought it was interesting. It is fun to ignore AK, Nancy

Jack, how very interesting. The l948 thing has bothered me because for sure the generation has come and gone. Sorry, but a Jewish generation in 33 AD could not have been 50 years. That was birth to death. Not a generation, as we know it, which is the time one person has children to the time that child has children, isn't it? In the Bible it is not anywhere near that in meaning. In fact, looking at the Greek, I would not guess the meaning was the English idea of generation. Now I'm confused. What does the time mean? God's timetable is strictly about Isreal, the country, period. Too many clues were set in Isreal. The l967 date is very important if that indeed was Biblical fulfillment, and looking back on it, it was something really significant wasn't it?
