But I have pointed out that the uninsured rate would NEVER have been 18% in the first place had it not been for the ACA. Any proof other than your say so? And why so much emphasis on finding negatives considering that several red states have not cooperated AND we are only two years in? For heaven's sake, the employer's mandate isn't even in effect yet...the point is that the rate is declining and will continue to decline. Al
