How about starting with white cops first. Why would you start with the group least likely to shoot blacks without cause as proved by the DOJ? Just proves you're not really serious and love watching blacks kill blacks daily in cities like Chicago. Black on black violence is a cultural problem that dissipates as blacks become better educated and more affluent.......just like with whites. Nonetheless, its a problem that can not be ignored and must be addressed continually. White cop on black men violence is also cultural problem that stems from racial animosity and bigotry. It violates the responsibilities of police officers, prevents them from doing their job well and must be stopped immediately if for no other reason than because cops are needed to reduce black on black violence.
