Hi Sergio,
Happened to check Bloomberg today and saw the news. Curious that it is not on Yahoo yet. I couldn't get it on News Alert either. Bloomberg release is as follows. Excuse the typos.

ATPX announced its proforma results of operastions for the third quarter ended October 3, 1997. The following proforma results of operations are presented as if the merger between Lunn and TPG occurred on January 1, 1997. As previously announced, TPG merged into LUNN with LUNN surviving under the name Advanced technical Products.

The company provided that consolidated net income on a pro forma basis for the quarter was $1.6 million or $.28 per share and consolidated net income for the first 9 months was $2.8 million or $.51 per share.

The company also reported today that as of september, 1997, the total backlog of customer orders, including options and unreleased orders was approximarely $600 million compared to $320 million for the comparable period in 1996.

As previously announced, Marion Composites, a division of ATPX reached agreement with The Boeing Company for the fabrication of 80 ship-sets of nose and tail cones for the C-17 aircraft with a potential contract value of $7 million. This contract combined with the two previously signed contracts with Boeing has a potential value of approximately $100.

Not a bad release. Finally.

By the way, the media contact is Garrett L. Dominy (404) 231-7272. Don't know if this is new info or not.
