But I do not believe we ought to be spending taxpayer dollars to make them happen. When the time is right they'll happen. I do think electrics will ultimately make a lot of economic sense. If they improve emissions over time that will be fine. I'm not sure the downsides today wouldn't outweigh any benefit derived from emissions reduction.
