In laymans terms, Mr. Kenny is propping the stock price or at least trying to prop it! Not doing a very good job at it today and if it can't go up on a stock buy back news what's going to make it go up?

Thanks for the very informative post, Rob. I was unaware that Excel was adding commercial sales reps, and had no clue as to why Excel would be buying shares from insiders. Thanks, again.

I hope that the potential buy back of 10 million shares on a float of 132 million shares is enough to to keep the stock out of the dirt. Since I'll be holding my ECI shares long, long term, I guess these wild fluctuations don't really effect me.
