Did you know that they were contacted by NASDAQ on October 27 and asked to provide information? I don't remember hearing about that in a timely fashion, and it seems as though that was relevant information. Does anyone on this thread live in New Jersey? I'd like to encourage the attorney general of that state to investigate the managers of this outfit.
