I never meant to imply 200 as a bottom. Just a target on the way there. You're correct, some companies are already trading near lows last seen either Nov 96 or Jun 96. BRKS comes to mind, I really wanted a piece of that Monday but it moved up before I was ready. EGLS and FSII are nearing their old ranges too. But some Companies in the SOX must be trading well above their lows to have the average at this level given other companies trading near their prior lows. As far as shouting fire, how about FIRE SALE! :)
