Consider too that Gunnison likely faces fewer permitting issues and social licence is more likely than VD. Logistics are also much better.

I can't believe that some moron's BS post on AG generates discussion. VD is worth pretty much nothing right now. Perhaps once the PFS numbers constrain it it can be valued, but that is a long time away.
