I doubt you will. There's some talk of raising Shasta Dam, but that's not owned by LA.

Reduce and reuse. Some cities are also building desal plants.

They just spent a few zillion $$ making the sepulveda pass wider... The traffic is worse than ever. They just keep electing fools and passing bond measures that fix nothing.... Like the train to environmental legal heaven.

Why build bigger reservoirs when the one's they have now aren't anywhere near full? What I missed in that was getting rid of lawns in favor of xeriscaping.
