jim, there is no way you can describe the bto or cto or odm processes. you would have to be in the network to do that.... Too date, no one on thread has described what really happens. only more of this theory stuff instead of what actaully happens. as usualy...you have no idea about what you are talking about... the ODM model manages the vendors as much as if not more than the dealers. It does this with EDI and extarnets
