Mr. P, You have my vote of approval also. The company is going to go through a period of transition (I've participated in many of them and they are never easy), but I hope they are able to manage the change with minimal disruption to daily running of the business. We have a long row to hoe, but maybe we will finally be rewarded for our patience and faith. *OFF TOPIC* Sorry to all that I have been out of touch, but I have a business to run, too. My company is virtually dwarfed by most of my suppliers and customers, creating many whipsaw circumstances. But the last two weeks have been dandies....we're closing major contract negotiations with some biggies, three Fortune 100's simultaneously. Think I'm not running on empty? Anyway, I am off with my wife and kids to visit family back in MD for the holidays. We're even going to take the kids on a train ride to NYC for the Radio City Christmas show. It's a good time (for me, at least) to reflect on the past year and on my fellow man, in the spirit of the season. I wish ALL of you a joyous and peaceful holiday. See you in the new year!
