Rather than get lost in the weeds that will surely be blooming, I like to keep it simple. Some Democrats self identify as "liberals". I don't know what that means. ..so I don't follow that track. I think I am simply progressive. I visualize civilization as an arc. I'd like to see us move in a positive direction on that arc. Near as I can tell, there is no position being espoused by the GOP that would advance civilization on any front, or in any fashion in the slightest. But I'll consider bids...
