IMO, you are quickly illustrating your inability to be an objective reporter of the answer to any questions that might be asked of the company. In fact, I don't think there is any point in calling the company and asking a bunch of question.

If you lay out all the SEC filings along with the various press releases in front of you....that is all you need to arrive at a conclusion that there have been a long string of broken promises and inconsistencies. If that is apparent in the public filings and press releases, why put any stock in the answers you would get in a telephone conversation which provides no audit trail?

Now we have a press release that promises the equity infusion by the 24th and a loan in January. If that happens, unlike so many other 'promises,' then you have a different ball game here...if it doesn't, well, it is business as usual. We will see.

I said last night that I didn't think Mork had sued Zapara. But I have in my notes that Zapara was served in Mork's suit. I'll ask again.
