Congratulations. You have made the top of my list for understatement of the year.

Look, a signed contract is a signed contract is a signed contract. Now where the hell are they!

jeremic--

at the time i wrote about the insider trades, we did not know it was the penny trust and NOT management.

but seriously, what has changed? nothing. we will still likely get significant deployments. however, management is horsesh_t. i will not change that a bit. hyping the stock with overoptomistic crap is not a good thing. seamens never should have made the statement. it wasnt needed at the time. all he had to do was say that through the end of the year, they would make estimates and that they would beat current estimates in 98. it would have given us solid support at 20 and management would not have the credibility problem it has now.

i dont care...i am not going to compromise on this...i want the contracts and you should too. it is irresponsible investing to NOT take an active interest in the companies you invest in. i want to know the disposition of the contracts, since bottom line, they are what counts, not the technology or the market.

good luck to all,
trey
