<<if the warrants are extended>>
I do not think you should expect the warrants to be extended, if they were it would be very unusual. Most people have already made their investment decisions based upon the current expiry date, this would be very unfair to them and would destroy the the whole concept of what a warrant is; causing a lot of argument. Warrents are a high risk investment and if you can not tolerate the risk in your account you should not own these. It may not be the best thing for the company to have the warrents exercise right now because a better deal could always be cut later at a higher price.

Linda,
I had warrants but got out of them while they still had some value at around 1/2. I will be buying them again next week at 3/32 or thereabouts. I believe there is a chance that they will be extended and I figure the cheap price is worth the gamble again. I think JMAR will need lots of cash to get the XRL into full production and it may be a more reasonable source than going to those Swiss bastards again. I think you held your warrants too long but it would be fruitless to sell them now. You may as well hang in there.

P.S. I apologize to all those on SI of Swiss origin, unless you got in on that insider deal.
