Makes sense but I think there still had to have been some cheating..........maybe some affirmative action grading. REALLY TED? REALLY? The guy who sees racism in every nook and cranny of America now accuses a black surgeon of "cheating" thanks to "affirmative action" just because said black guy is a Republican.
