<Regimond, Not directly affect one single cent of MSFT revenue? The whole Monopoly/Bundling/Integration method of doing business(and the gross/grotesgue margins) at MSFT is about to be Ceased and Desisted.>

Dermot, have you taken a good look at what constitutes MSFT's margins are or you posting to exercise your fingers? What money does IE4 bundling contribute to the bottom line short or medium term?

<Your attempts to spin this DOJ intervention in a monopoly as some threat to the US Software industry is ludicrous!>

Can you think of any industry that was "within the tornado" that has actually grown faster with the advent of increased fedreal regulation?

If software companies have to run thier code by the government for approval before it is released (like the drug compneis and the FDA), do you think growth and innovation will increase or decrease? For some reason, many people think the court's decision applies to MSFT and MSFT only. IT DOES NOT. IT IS CALLED PRECEDENCE AND IS USED TO DEFEND ANY ARGUMENT WHICH FALLS IN ITS PURVIEW! That could mean your favorite company. If the growth rate of a hypergrowth industry is slowed in the US, and it is not slowed abroad, what does your logic dictate will happen?
