Compaq's unit shipements are approximately 2 million per quarter.

Their sub $1,000 PCs account for "single digits" per centage of UNIT VOLUME - and MUCH less by per centage of revenue.

For one half year (4 million units sold), the upper limit of sub $1000 PCs would be 400,000 units. These would be split between MediaGX and Pentiums.
