David: It's an excellent question and I do not have an answer. But let me tell the group what I've heard - this is a repeat of what I've been told . I sspoke to a very close friend who has a substantial number of shares in SGI - 10's of thousands. He stated that he was inadvertently told that SGI was looking for a new MM one month before the word leaked out. Lets recap were we have gone in begging someone to have us either listed or sell our shares through a MM. We werer halted at least twice before the VSE would not allow any further trading by SGI shares. We contracted to have a company(I've since fforgot its name) to make application to get us reinstated. They for whatever reason pulled out a week before the report was due to the VSE. Merit was paid money to do the same but was unsuccessful. SGI then decided that they could not get listed on a Canadian Exchange hence went to a MM to get us liste on the NASDAQ. Remember we were told 2 to 3 weeks. That was back in Sept. I was told that the MM withdrew because did not want to take the risk. We now have been dealing with the second MM for about a monhth. I wonder how long it will before he will run away and we seek another? For what its worth I heard that the BC Securities Commision forced SGI to put out News Releases. SGI has since withdrawn from the VSE hence they cannot put any further pressure on SGI. I contacted Mr. Hart and I got the Same o Same O. I've tried contacting Mr. Harris who had an agreement in principle with SGI but this agrreement has more loopholes than a sieve. I feel that we are treated like mushrooms - kept in the dark and sxxt upon. From here on in, Unless something good breaks, I will direct my efforts to seeking the truth.If this means taking to the FP, G&M or whomever rest assured I will be working on it.
